Vandana`s main objective is to help you to develop a safe, healing, joyful and meditative Yoga practice.

Each body and mind are unique in their structure and make-up. Vandana considers your needs and limitations and brings all of her experience, empathy and intuition
Together I  work with you to discover the practice moment by moment that best supports you in your own growth and transformation and that will best meet your individual needs.

Pranayama
asanas and movement sequences

Yoga Nidra (deep meditative relaxation)
optional: elements of ThaiYoga Massage as support to release blockages, tension and stress (as needed)

Avoid eating 2 hours prior to the class as it is advisable to practice on an empty stomach
