The deep passive stretches and twists during the massage session allow habitual tensions to melt.
Back in the active yoga flows I could sense how habitual tense spots benefited in an embodied memory of more space and flexibility. If I could I would combine Vandana`s massage and yoga more often!

Unfortunately, I am unable to practice each day due to the amount that we travel. But when I practice at home, it is fantastic. I like the feeling of being completely with myself. Slowly I am tuning more and more into myself on a deeper level. To be honest - I am really surprised! You introduced the flavor of it to me.
The special thing that i love about you is that you are not simply teaching Yoga but are LIVING Yoga. Both of us are hardly steeped into the esoteric. As we connected with you we were exposed to so many things that were foreign to us beforehand. I am even singing ‘OM’ now, and I`m really enjoying it!
Further more, I feel so safe with you. I’ve had experiences with other Yoga teachers whom did not correct my mistakes. I created bad habits and went way beyond my limits. This doesn't happen with you.
We would love to keep learning with you throughout the summer.

Practicing at home is still difficult for me. I don't feel fluent in the names of the postures and often feel I need to look them up. The flows get interrupted by my wanting to know the names. The handouts you created are very helpful though and help me to review. Thank you! You are right, my body awareness is getting better and better. I also have a lot of fun with in the group. This is mainly due to your empathy and competence in Yoga. Your demonstration and explanation of the flows are outstanding. You are also great at giving individual hands-on adjustments. I am so happy to have found into your class.

Through the practice of TriYoga I experience that it is possible to mobilize all of my joints and to strengthen the entire muscular system of my body. The special breathing technique deepens this experience and enables me to maintain a focused concentration during the exercises. As a result, I am more conscious of different parts of my body. I am able to recognize my personal limits more and more. The movements have become embedded into my daily life, and as a result, tensions, blockages, and pains are being relieved. Vandana`s gentle instructions and further explanations of the exercises are helping me to understand my body and to strengthen my self in very specific ways.

I feel really good among the other participants in your class. I am just a beginner with TriYoga, yet, I am already incorporating many lessons into my life. The conscious breathing and the sensitive yet playful testing of my personal limits are just a few examples. Your attitude and company was so important for me. Your quiet way of being and voice helped me to let go. Even though I was a beginner I felt really capable. Thank you for this.
